All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location:
International customers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.
RIZZBULLA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
RIZZBULLA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
RIZZBULLA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Shipments that are returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or unsuccessful delivery attempts will be refunded minus the original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee.
During limited edition drops, processing times may be extended due to high order volume. We will communicate any delays via email. We appreciate your patience during these busy periods.
Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays due to various circumstances. While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Thank you for your understanding.
