Refund & Return Policy

Limited Edition Policy

Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under normal circumstances.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged/defective item
  • Description of the issue

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

Refund Process

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after approval
  • You will receive email confirmation once processed
  • Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Items worn, washed, or altered in any way
  • Items without original tags attached
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance
  • Shipping costs (unless item is defective or we made an error)

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After this time, orders are processed for fulfillment and cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order.

Size & Fit

Please review our size charts carefully before ordering. We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection. All measurements are provided to help you make an informed decision.
